The OFFR. Group was founded by Daniela Moore and Meaghan Duncalf out of a need for a more personalized and relationship focused real estate business.
Meaghan moved a lot when she was younger and understands how moves can affect kids – she’s been there. She recently moved with her husband, daughter and pup just outside of Grand Valley after completing the construction of a custom build home.
Daniela immigrated from Europe as young child. She grew up in Oakville and has been residing in Simcoe County for the past 20 years. She lives with her husband, 4 children and 3 dogs on a beautiful rural property that she and her husband have renovated from the ground up.
Helping clients navigate these meaningful transitions is so important to us. We love building relationships and our promise is to listen to your needs and work to make your dreams a reality.

In her past life, Daniela worked as an Early Childhood Educator – she was awarded the Prime Ministers award for her work in the field. Her passion for education and learning keeps her on her toes, especially as the real estate industry is constantly evolving. If she can wrangle a bunch of kindergarten kids, she can handle anything.
In her past life, Meaghan worked as a mid-senior level manager in the automotive industry. Working in a fast paced environment has helped her foster the skills to work well under pressure and analyze information to make informed decisions. This comes in handy when negotiating real estate transactions and analyzing deals.
